Cuéntame is an online multi-genre literary and art magazine that produces three issues per year, with one themed Spring Issue. Please note the submission periods and deadlines for each issue.
Spring Theme Issue: 01/01 - 02/31
Summer Issue: 05/07 - 06/30
Fall Issue: 09/06- 10/04
General
- Prose/Poetry must be submitted through forms, any written pieces submitted through email will not be considered
- Please only send one submission to a given section at a time; when we've responded with a decision, you are welcome to submit to that section again.
- No pre-published work from other magazines or social media
- Simultaneous submissions are accepted but must be noted in your cover letter
- All submissions must be PDF, DOC, or DOCX
- Work with derogatory or hateful speech, specifically targeting a group, will NOT be accepted
Cover Letter
- Include name, title of submission(s), 3-5 sentence biography (written in third person), and social media handles
- COVER LETTERS MUST BE INCLUDED IN ALL SUBMISSIONS. 2-3 SENTENCES MAX DETAILING WORK.
